Chef Kim’s culinary creations are reflective of his own extensive experience and love of combining flavors from his deep respect and experience with traditional Japanese cooking techniques as well as his experience with classic French cooking. Sourcing the highest quality fish from suppliers in Japan, Chef Kim pays thoughtful attention to ingredients and subtle flavors.
